Kelli is an invaluable part of our Special Projects Team, where she thrives on thinking outside the box to facilitate seamless collaboration between our customers and landlords. Her work is a testament to how attention to detail and innovative problem-solving can make a difference on a national and historic scale.
One of the standout projects Kelli has worked on is the Inauguration COW projects, a critical initiative that combines detailed planning, relationship-building, and execution under tight timeframes. Each morning, Kelli assesses project progress, updates the database, and identifies the short-term priorities and deliverables necessary to keep everything on track.
Her responsibilities include:
- Conducting site visits to confirm locations, fiber, and power.
- Securing permitting for lane and road closures.
- Managing license agreement negotiations and execution.
- Navigating compliance, scheduling, and access coordination during construction and optimization phases.
- Overseeing decommissioning and removal efforts.
“The event COW projects are especially interesting and exciting,” Kelli shared. “The design complexities, the preparation, and then getting to see the project through from start to finish is very rewarding. To be able to do this in support of the Inauguration is even more exciting – to be a part of something on a national and historic level!”
For Kelli, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is the ability to design creative solutions that benefit all stakeholders. Whether it’s through building lasting relationships or tackling logistical challenges head-on, Kelli demonstrates her passion for delivering high-quality results and making a positive impact.
