A Day in the Life of a Real Estate Specialist
David kicks off every morning with a cup of coffee and logs into Sitetracker to monitor task dates, update notes, and follow up on any pending items. From there, he shifts into high gear, preparing submittal packages and collaborating with his team to push projects forward as efficiently as possible for our customers.
With nearly a decade of experience in the telecom industry, David has learned that there is always something new to learn. He believes that adaptability and a solution-driven mindset are key to success in this ever-evolving field.
Overcoming Challenges & Achieving Success
One of David’s most rewarding projects involved a significant challenge—working to obtain hundreds of unique meter addresses required for construction. The process required countless hours of site scrubbing, coordinating with jurisdictions, and ensuring every address was secured in time. Despite the daunting nature of the task, the team’s dedication and problem-solving skills got the job done.
For David, this project reinforced one of his most valuable lessons:
