That mindset has helped her thrive in her role, where she’s passionate about enhancing processes and making Smartlink’s operations more efficient.
Her Proudest Moment at Smartlink
One of Haley’s most significant achievements was working on Smartlink’s new ERP system. Implementing such a massive change wasn’t easy, but it was a challenge she and her team tackled head-on.
“It was no easy feat, but being a part of that team makes me proud. We worked so hard as a team on a huge project, and being able to use my knowledge of the financial operations and processes of the business to contribute was a great feeling.”
Her experience is a testament to the power of teamwork and the impact of hard work in driving meaningful improvements within a company.
Passion for Process Improvement
When it comes to her role, improving processes is Haley’s favorite part. She thrives on identifying manual or time-consuming tasks and working across departments to develop streamlined, automated solutions.
“Finding ones that are manual or time-consuming then working between departments to create a more streamlined automatic process is something I love to do.”
Her drive to make things better aligns perfectly with Smartlink’s mission of continuous growth and innovation.
