With a career spanning over 25 years in the industry, Lisa has built her success on the foundation of organization, consistency, and a deep love for the work she does. When asked how she defines success, her answer was simple but powerful: “Loving the job I do, and excelling every way and every day.” That mindset has made Lisa a cornerstone of our team and a trusted professional in every project she touches.
Her personal motto? “You only have one life to live, there is no rewind or pause button to push. Be grateful for what you have.” It’s this positive outlook and grounded perspective that shines through both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, Lisa’s heart belongs to her family—especially her grandson. Whether it’s traveling to Wisconsin or Illinois to spend time with loved ones or enjoying the simple moments of everyday life, Lisa brings the same joy and gratitude to her personal life that she does to her role at Smartlink.
