That’s the personal motto Andrew lives by, and it’s a mindset that shows up daily in his work. Whether he’s coordinating with customer PMs or navigating complex project logistics, he leads with purpose and positivity.
A Relationship-Driven Leader
When asked about his favorite project, Andrew doesn’t name just one—he credits all his projects equally, thanks to the strong relationships he’s built with his customer contacts. His ability to cultivate trust and collaboration has made him an invaluable part of the Smartlink team.
It’s no surprise, then, that if given the chance, Andrew would trade jobs with someone in Business Development. “I enjoy creating and fostering relationships with our customers,” he says—something he already does exceptionally well from his current role.
Industry Advice: Keep Bridges Intact
To those just starting out in telecom, Andrew offers sound wisdom: “Telecom, as big as it may be, is a very small industry. Never burn any bridges and always be willing to make new connections.” It’s advice that reflects both his character and his career success.
Life Outside of Work
When he’s not excelling in his role at Smartlink, Andrew is all about family and the outdoors. He loves spending time with his wife, Amanda, and their two daughters, Charli and Chandler. You’ll often find him grilling or smoking meat, fishing, hunting, or hitting the slopes—or simply enjoying the outdoors in any way he can.
