At Smartlink, our people are at the heart of everything we do—and this week’s #WorkWithUsWednesday highlights one of our own who brings incredible dedication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the table every day. Meet Misty Hunter, Real Estate Specialist II.
Misty kicks off each morning by checking Sitetracker for any past due dates, making sure every project stays on track. From there, she dives into her inbox and gets to work on active projects, which often includes reviewing drawings, addressing questions from landlords, or supporting her teammates with whatever they need.
Her current favorite project? One with what she calls “the best landlord ever.” Thanks to her strong landlord relationships and prior experience with tower design, Misty has helped the site move through the BP process smoothly—no hiccups, no surprises. It’s a testament to her ability to combine technical skills with relationship management, and it’s a big reason why her work stands out.
But for Misty, the real reward lies in collaboration. Whether it’s helping her team access accurate information or drawing on her background in A&E to troubleshoot complex questions, Misty is all about working together to achieve results. “I enjoy using my knowledge to assist others with their questions and any tasks they may be stuck on,” she shares.
This role has taught Misty a great deal about communication, problem-solving, and leadership. And while she’s already making a huge impact, she sees this as just the beginning. “I know everything I’m learning now is preparing me for my next step here at Smartlink.”
