Nathan lives by a personal motto that fits perfectly with Smartlink’s own culture of growth and resilience:
“Head up, always move forward, and never stop learning new things. Don’t dwell on the past or things you cannot change.”
That attitude has carried him through challenges, built stronger teams, and shaped how he leads — with curiosity, positivity, and a focus on progress.
Proudest Moment
When asked about his proudest career achievement, Nathan points to a major team win:
“The success of the entire AT&T EPA MODs Team this past year.”
For Nathan, success is never a solo act — it’s about collaboration, shared goals, and celebrating what the team accomplishes together.
In His Role, He’s Learned…
Nathan says his time at Smartlink has given him a deeper appreciation for the systems and people that keep projects running smoothly.

Those lessons drive his daily approach to managing complex telecom projects — staying organized, connected, and focused on the bigger picture.
When He’s Not Working…
Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find Nathan outdoors. Whether he’s hiking with his family, waterfowl hunting on Maryland’s Eastern Shore, or snowboarding out West, he’s happiest when he’s out in nature and unplugged from the everyday rush.
Before Smartlink…
Nathan’s work ethic started early — he spent his younger years stringing lacrosse heads at Bacharach Rasin in Towson, Maryland. That hands-on job may have been far from telecom, but it taught him the same precision and patience that now define his work as a project manager.
Nathan’s journey is a perfect example of Smartlink’s spirit — hardworking, team-driven, and always moving forward. We’re proud to have him as part of the Smartlink family!
