Lynn serves as Smartlink’s Human Resource Director, playing a crucial role in managing and aligning the human resource functions with the company’s strategic goals. As a member of the leadership team, she is charged with creating and supporting a collaborative workplace where all employees are able to contribute at their highest value towards these goals.
She is a seasoned and solutions-focused Human Resource Professional who serves as the principal subject matter expert and advisor on matters relating to labor laws, regulatory compliance matters, and all other aspects of human resources management. She is a successful hands-on Director that leads and grows a team of human capital professionals.

Lynn has worked in a variety of organizations that have allowed her to seek opportunities where she can contribute meaningfully and collaboratively. Lynn most recently comes to us from S. Freedman & Sons, a paper, maintenance, and restaurant supplier. Prior to that she’s worked in Higher Education, Hospitality, Gaming, and Associations. She is committed to maintaining and creating an engaging open work environment where everyone has a chance to thrive.
Lynn graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s in Communications and has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.
