His commitment to operational integrity, team development, and customer success has positioned Smartlink as a leader in the industry.</p><p>Before his role at Smartlink, Jason held various leadership positions within the T-Mobile and SBA, where he successfully led projects that resulted in increased productivity, cost savings, and stronger client relationships.</p><p>A graduate of Denison University, Jason is passionate about leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. In his free time, he enjoys watching his daughters compete on the soccer field.</p><p>Jason continues to leverage his skills to propel Smartlink’s mission forward, creating value for clients and maintaining Smartlink’s reputation as a trusted partner in telecommunications and infrastructure solutions.</p>

He is a self-proclaimed "builder of teams and technology" with a passion for the work that drives him and his team. Dan has extensive experience developing global technology teams to support and fuel company operations and missions. He has also successfully lead the technology integrations through 3 acquisitions.</p><p>Dan lives in Annapolis, MD and holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Syracuse University as well as dual Bachelor Degrees from Towson University in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.</p>

Brendan brings a world of knowledge all things network related from his years of industry experience.</p><p>Brendan is a graduate of Salisbury University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and where he was part of two national championship lacrosse teams. In his free time, Brendan enjoys both relaxing at home, going to the movies and traveling to warm weather beach destinations with his wife Kate and their 4 children Cooper, Wyatt, Will and Charlotte. </p><p> </p>

That experience shaped the leadership philosophy he brings to Smartlink today, developing people, building strong teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, preparation, and execution.</p><p data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Tony earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education & Exercise Science from Shepherd University and a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from Eastern Kentucky University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two sons, Trey and Colt, and, when time allows, fitting in a round of golf on the weekends.</p>

Prior to that she’s worked in Higher Education, Hospitality, Gaming, and Associations. She is committed to maintaining and creating an engaging open work environment where everyone has a chance to thrive.</p><p>Lynn graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s in Communications and has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.</p>
