The company started with only two employees and has grown to over 500 employees nationwide today.</p><p>In 2006, Smartlink expanded to include a services division, enabling start-to-finish management of new site builds, upgrades, land acquisitions and more for leading communications companies. In 2010, Smartlink became a national player when it landed major contracts with a countrywide presence and in 2014, Smartlink added IT to its existing fields of specialty.</p><p>Kelly’s plan has continued to unfold through several strategic acquisitions including RealCom Associates in 2012, a Seattle-based site development and staffing firm. This acquisition accelerated Smartlink’s national footprint, adding offices in several key cities in the Pacific Northwest. In 2019, two additional acquisitions of The Brogdon Group, a network asset management company based in Birmingham, Alabama and System Integrators, a telecommunications construction company out of northwest Maryland, have fueled Smartlink’s goal of providing end-to-end network lifecycle support to its customers.</p><p>Kelly’s diverse entrepreneurial portfolio has led to several individual honors and awards. He was named one of What’s Up Annapolis’ People to Watch in 2011. In 2012, he was named a Business Leader of the Year Nominee from the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce and was featured on the cover of SmartCEO magazine as part of their Entrepreneur issue, “Eye on the Ball.” Ernst & Young named Kelly an Entrepreneur Of The Year® Regional Award Winner and National Finalist in 2013, one of the most prestigious business awards for entrepreneurs. On February 5th, 2015, Brendan was honored at Salisbury University’s Business Leadership Award Luncheon, held by the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business.</p><p>Additionally, Brendan has lead Smartlink to impressive accolades for its strides in business. Smartlink was named one of SmartCEO’s 100 Best Run Companies in 2012 and received the 2014 Supplier Growth Award from Verizon/Pontoon Solutions for its expansive success in both employee placements and revenue on Verizon projects.</p><p>Smartlink and The Chesapeake Bayhawks were jointly nominated for the Don Riddle Corporate Citizenship Award in 2013, sponsored by the Annapolis and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce, for their extensive involvement in the community.</p><p>Kelly currently resides in Annapolis, MD with his wife and five children.</p>

His commitment to operational integrity, team development, and customer success has positioned Smartlink as a leader in the industry.</p><p>Before his role at Smartlink, Jason held various leadership positions within the T-Mobile and SBA, where he successfully led projects that resulted in increased productivity, cost savings, and stronger client relationships.</p><p>A graduate of Denison University, Jason is passionate about leadership, innovation, and operational excellence. In his free time, he enjoys watching his daughters compete on the soccer field.</p><p>Jason continues to leverage his skills to propel Smartlink’s mission forward, creating value for clients and maintaining Smartlink’s reputation as a trusted partner in telecommunications and infrastructure solutions.</p>

He is a self-proclaimed "builder of teams and technology" with a passion for the work that drives him and his team. Dan has extensive experience developing global technology teams to support and fuel company operations and missions. He has also successfully lead the technology integrations through 3 acquisitions.</p><p>Dan lives in Annapolis, MD and currently holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Syracuse University as well as dual Bachelor Degrees from Towson University in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems.</p>

Prior to her Chief of Staff role, Binny lead the Financial Planning & Analysis department, chiefly focusing on financial modeling, forecasting, & capital planning, providing critical support of the company’s strategic initiatives. Prior to joining Smartlink, Binny worked in financial consulting with Gerson Lehrman Group in New York, NY. She Graduated from University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA with a BA in Economics.</p><p><strong> </strong></p>

He spent his first four years of service in the field building and implementing Smartlink’s customers’ wireless networks. Since then, DJ spent more than a decade supporting Smartlink’s growth throughout the northeast by developing and tailoring teams with a primary goal of exceeding customer expectations. In 2020, DJ transitioned into executive leadership of Smartlink’s blossoming Maintenance and Operations division where he drove its growth through strategic planning and business development. He was promoted to SVP of Sales in January 2022.</p>

As a member of the leadership team, she is charged with creating and supporting a collaborative workplace where all employees are able to contribute at their highest value towards these goals.</p><p>She is a seasoned and solutions-focused Human Resource Professional who serves as the principal subject matter expert and advisor on matters relating to labor laws, regulatory compliance matters, and all other aspects of human resources management. She is committed to maintaining and creating an engaging open work environment where everyone has a chance to thrive.</p><p>Lynn graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s in Communications and has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.</p>
