A Career Rooted in Experience
Before joining Smartlink, Jim was part of the Sprint PCS launch in Buffalo, NY in the late 1990s, working on the Indirect Sales Team. That early industry experience gave him a strong foundation in telecom, which he has continued to build upon throughout his career.
Guiding the Team Forward
As a Senior Project Manager, Jim thrives on developing new programs and working alongside a growing team to refine processes for customers. For him, success isn’t just about checking boxes—it’s about creating a system that delivers consistent results and strengthens customer relationships.
His proudest moments at Smartlink aren’t tied to a single project, but rather to the times when team members reach out to him for guidance. Being able to use his years of experience to help others grow is something Jim values deeply.
