Racks, Cabinets & Infrastructure Coordination
- Coordinate installation of racks, cabinets, fiber housings, patch panels, and cable-management components.
- Verify grounding, bonding, labeling, rack alignment, and other critical physical infrastructure standards.
- Ensure proper cable routing, power separation, bend-radius protection, and adherence to data-center best practices.
- Planning, Scheduling & Production Control
- Execute field activities in alignment with project schedules and critical-path requirements.
- Identify risks, constraints, resource gaps, or schedule impacts and implement timely recovery or mitigation plans.

- Review splice documentation, test results, labeling data, and as-built records for accuracy and completeness.
- Manage punch-list items, corrective actions, and ensure readiness for client walk-downs and turnover.
Safety & Operational Compliance
- Enforce all site-specific safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe-work practices.
- Support execution of Methods of Procedure (MOPs), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and maintenance-window activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to data-center operational controls, security policies, and change-management processes.
- Report incidents, near-misses, unsafe conditions, and hazards promptly and accurately.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for project managers, client representatives, and facility stakeholders.
- Participate in coordination meetings, progress discussions, and resolution of technical or operational issues.
- Communicate schedule impacts, risks, resource needs, and recovery strategies clearly and in a timely manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
