Salary: $143-163,000 (firm, dependent on experience

Job Summary: The Director of Delivery leads and manages all service projects within an assigned market, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. This role is responsible for implementing market-specific workforce strategies, optimizing operational processes, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Director provides strategic leadership to Program Managers and Project Managers, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and accountability. In partnership with the executive team, the Director forecasts market needs and oversees budgeting and cost analysis to support efficient and scalable service delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct all service delivery projects within assigned markets, typically defined by geographic regions or strategic initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cell tower deployment projects, including new builds, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Translate broader business initiatives into clear team objectives and goals that align with cross-functional teams for coordinated execution.
• Build and develop high-performing teams through strategic hiring, training, and mentoring in wireless network deployment and maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and structure, setting clear and measurable team goals.
• Implement standardized delivery methodologies and drive continuous improvement across operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project timelines, issues, and escalations.
• Foster strong relationships with carriers, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Ensure delivery outcomes meet or exceed client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain accurate budgets for all assigned projects, ensuring strong financial controls and oversight.
• Manage invoicing forecasts, approve pricing, and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Drive a profitability mindset across the team, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement workforce strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements: To perform in this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Deep understanding of the wireless telecommunications industry, including leasing, zoning, permitting, and construction practices.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to align operational processes with broader business goals.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development, cost control, and financial oversight.
• Results-driven leader with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional program and timeline management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a focus on developing future leaders and fostering team collaboration.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and high-impact programs.
• Receptive to feedback and capable of adapting leadership style accordingly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic environments and evolving business needs.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time).
• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force.
• Subject to inside environmental conditions.
• Extensive travel (50%+) for this position or as needed to perform job responsibilities.
