Why SkillBridge at Smartlink
The DoW SkillBridge program lets active duty service members spend their final 180 days of service training with an industry partner, full time, with military pay and benefits continuing throughout. Data Center Delivery Services
We bring relentless technical precision to the field, keeping infrastructure live, resilient, and built to perform under pressure. From upgrades to critical maintenance, our teams execute with speed, discipline, and accountability across wireline and digital infrastructure environments.
Fiber Splicing
Connecting, splicing, and testing fiber optic networks to deliver high speed, low loss data transmission within and between data halls. Our certified technicians perform both fusion and mechanical splicing on single mode and multimode fiber, ensuring low insertion loss and reliable end to end optical performance.
Fiber Testing
At Smartlink, fiber testing is a critical part of ensuring network performance. We provide comprehensive testing services for fiber optic systems to verify signal strength, identify potential issues, and ensure reliable data transmission.
Structured Cabling
Smartlink delivers end to end expertise in low voltage structured cabling, from traditional copper systems to the latest fiber optic technologies. Supporting both inside and outside plant installations, we build the critical backbone of the network. Our solutions connect data center infrastructure to precise specifications while maintaining organized, scalable systems that enable efficient operations and long term performance.
Maintenance and Repair
Smartlink delivers rapid response support with highly experienced technicians who quickly diagnose issues, perform efficient repairs, and restore services with minimal disruption, ensuring data centers remain fully operational.
Eligibility
SkillBridge is open to active duty service members in their final 180 days of service. National Guard, Reserve, and military spouses are welcome through our standard direct hire pathways.
Active Duty Status
Within final 180 days of service with 180+ continuous days on active duty.
Command Approval
Written authorization from your chain of command required.
