Before entering the telecommunications industry, Tony built his career in collegiate football as both an Assistant Football Coach and Strength & Conditioning Coach. That experience shaped the leadership philosophy he brings to Smartlink today, developing people, building strong teams, and fostering a culture of accountability, preparation, and execution.

Tony earned a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education & Exercise Science from Shepherd University and a Master's degree in Sports Coaching from Eastern Kentucky University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his two sons, Trey and Colt, and, when time allows, fitting in a round of golf on the weekends.
